Serreste (Rusty) Barton-Hossanah

My generation and the younger generation are balancing uncertainty in a number of different areas; such as career options, miseducation vs education, finances, and life expectancy. Serreste “Rusty”

Barton-Hossanah has developed a way to empower, educate and encourage

constructive behavior through martial arts. He is currently the Founder and Owner of JUTSU USA LLC. A Japanese Martial Arts System has integrated traditional martial arts while unifying body, mind, and spirit. Serreste has more than 20 years of instruction in Shizen-Ryu Aikijujutsu, 7 years teaching under-belts, and 5+ years teaching Sensei (teacher).

In addition to serving in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, Serreste also holds a critical care flight paramedic for licensure and works as a Senior Project manager and Emergency Medical Services Director.

Mr. Barton-Hossanah is known as a friend, a paramedic, martial arts instructor, a speaker, and a father. When not saving lives or running into the face of tyranny with the U.S Navy, Serreste enjoys practicing in martial arts tournaments, horseback riding, and planning his next adventure of life. He is known best for his passion when working with kids, but his enthusiasm is about martial arts and embodying outstanding leadership.
