Here at Jutsu USA, we train youth and adults to unify the body, mind, and spirit through Aiki Jujutsu. Our structured programming is designed to train you in self-defense and physical fitness.

Youth & Teen Jujutsu

We are dedicated and invested in each student in our program. We provide an environment that allows them to grow and strengthen in self-discipline, concentration, self-control, respect, and perseverance

Our Kids Jujutsu program divided into two different groups to accommodate students of different ages and skill levels:

  • Little Samurai (5-8 years old)

  • Little Ronin (9-16 years old)

Women’s Self Defense

Our instructors will help you run drills to simulate realistic attack and escape situations you might encounter in the real world. With practice, you can leverage an attacker’s weight against them, allowing you to escape and get to safety unharmed.

The self-defense techniques taught in this class use Shizen-Ryu Aiki JuJutsu fundamentals that complement our selection of additional adult classes.

Adults JuJutsu

Shizen-Ryu Aiki JuJutsu is a powerful Japanese martial art. You’ll learn how to redirect an aggressor’s force with well timed movements that uses any attacker’s own motions and momentum to compromise their center of balance.

Our instructors will run a variety of joint locks, pins, and throw drills to simulate realistic attacks and escape situations you might encounter in the real world. With practice, you can leverage an attacker’s weight against them, allowing you to escape and get to safety unharmed.
